We missed The real meaning behind BND ending
It's not Ned connected the dots or got his memories back. It's spider man embracing his other side his human side. He's no longer afraid of revealing his identity to his friends... Earlier in the movie he used to hide his identity with Yelena and frank despite being friends with them for 2 years. Jean opened his eyes after he says "I'M BOTH" then he was okay to show his face to frank in hospital and reveal his identity to Ned.
In secret wars I think he will reveal his face to Yelena and others. Even if it backfires like mysterio , he won't ask doctor strange help to cast memory wipe spell. He's matured now he will handle his problems that's his responsibility . He embraces both sides are important to him. BND has given one of the best characterisation in MCU.
