It would be more interesting to have the Fantastic Four get incensed than the main MCU Avengers over RDJ Doom
Since Fantastic Four is deeply connected to Doom, I think it would be quite interesting to subvert expectations and instead of the main MCU Avengers getting surprised and shocked when they see RDJ Doom's face, get that reaction from the Fantastic Four team, especially Reed, when they get to the main MCU and find out that there is a statue of RDJ, glorifying him, and that horrifies them and sets them on an initial collision course with the Avengers, because of that misunderstanding.
And the audience doesn't have to be told or expositioned why he is incensed, just wait, till Doom enters and then reveal the entire schtick.
This might be the way the initial conflict between FF and Avengers is created. Over RDJ Doom.
