Since childhood I liked to plant parsley with my grandmother. It is not a picky plant, if you plant seeds the second year it grows on its own. The only whims of the plant would be watering and weed-free. Full of vitamin C, it goes great with soups, stews or salads. πΏ
This parsley in the picture is not from this year because the grass has not grown here yet, but it keeps very well in the fridge for months.

We also grow parsley, tomatoes, peppers, and chilies, but we don't have any in the garden yet, just like you don't. Lovely entry! πͺ΄π±

Yes, that's what happens to me too. It takes a while to see a new post from someone. I can't wait for flowers, grass, leaves, everything colored and green to sprout. ππ
