Helmet + sensitive ears = small nightmare
Hi! Last night, while wearing my helmet, I noticed my right ear was swollen and sore (probably a small pimple or just irritation).
The thing is, after riding today, my other ear feels a bit swollen too, with some slight pressure, but nothing serious. I think it’s just **helmet friction irritation** (I’ve been using this helmet for over a year).
I wanted to ask if this happens to any of you, and if you have any tips for **using a helmet without irritating your ears**.
