#EmpathySwap If men could truly experience what it feels like to navigate the world as a woman, even for a day, they’d understand the constant tension of being judged for appearance, choices, or behavior. One raw experience that defines my life is walking alone at night and feeling the need to be hyper-aware of every step, every shadow, every stranger. It’s exhausting to carry that weight, always calculating risk just to feel safe. If men felt this fear firsthand, they’d see why small freedoms they take for granted feel like luxuries to women. Understanding this would bring empathy, change conversations about safety, and maybe even shift behaviors in daily life.
