My Unpopular Opinion:
I believe that most people try to appear positive and happy all the time, while in reality, everyone has struggles and emotions. Being honest isn’t shameful, and no one should feel the need to hide their true self.
Why I Stand By It:
Because if we hide our true thoughts or feelings, we’re neither honest with ourselves nor able to form genuine connections with others. People often prefer appearances, but life’s reality is that everyone has challenges and inner conflicts.
How I Defend It:
I share my thoughts with respect and honesty, without putting anyone down or offending them. My opinions always come from the heart, and I believe that truth is the strongest defense.
