Today it was my turn to bring fresh water to the stork family living in our village, in this heat.
We change their water every 2 hours, because it heats up quickly at +42 degrees.

They do not leave the chicks alone. After 2-3 weeks, they fly back to Africa together.

Thank you very much. We have to bring them water in this heat. They live here in the field behind the post office; the chicks can already land on the ground, and they were born here.
They will return home to Africa in 2-3 weeks.
But the stork couple has been coming here to mate for years; their nest awaits them every year. ❤️🥰
