Corner space above fireplace?
I was originally thinking about building built in corner shelves above the fireplace but I can't seem to find a single example that comes close to what I'm thinking which isn't inspiring a lot of confidence.
Is there a reason to not do built in shelves here? Is there something else I should do instead? A couple of floating shelves?
With where my skill level is at this is project I could do with examples but figuring it out from stratch feels intimidating. The fireplace is electric/fake so heat above it isn't a problem.
