Shoutout to my absolute favorite Trappist ale, Rochefort 10

Lots of love for many other Trappist ales (special shoutout to St Bernardus abt 12, Chimay White(cinq cents), and Westvleteren Blond) but this one is always tops for me. Perfect balance of strength, sweetness, and drinkability. Absolutely love everything Rochefort does
