ELI5: Can multiple asymmetries become directionally biased…

ELI5: Can multiple asymmetries become directionally biased within one person?

Pretty sure this is anatomy, so, I’m sorry in advance.

If you say yes, please explain why this occurs! If you say no, please explain why not!

This is a curiosity thing. Here’s more context on where the thought process came from if you’re curious:

My right ventral artery is much larger than my left, it causes me to have dizziness and frequent migraines (found when I was 10, I am 23). Recently, I’ve taken notice to how much different and weak my left side is compared to my right side (my left ear canal is painfully smaller than my right, my left eye is -4.00 and my right is -3.25, left leg is shorter than my right, I could go on). So it made me wonder about our biological process when we’re within the embryo and even as we grow into an adult, and why our cells may favor one side more than the other? Kind of wondering if it’s like how plants will grow another shoot when they realize one side isn’t as durable.

Thanks for letting me pick your brains! :)
