Attack the Block : This movie is an all time favourite of mine, set in a very familiar backdrop (south London)
with a good mixture of horror and comedy, the characters are great and they go by their daily life when
a bunch of neat looking alien/monsters start dropping from the sky, apparently attracted by a female that
was accidentally killed by one of the protagonists. The movie becomes a survival adventure with some
very interesting methods and unlikely friendships. funny and entertaining but like all good movies it
wouldn't be complete without a great soundtrack, in this case composed by Basement Jaxx. Love it ❤️

This here is one of my favourite movies – it doesn't take massive budgets to create a proper monster movie! I just rewatched this one a few months ago. Still holds!
