Agatha All Along is a great show, it's the other MCU show's on Disney + that need to level up.
So yeah, we know there's discourse around Agatha All Along, it is doing seemingly actually and people are speaking up for it, but or course there are also the detractors. People shouting that this show isn't fulfilling as a Marvel Property.
Well, after finally watching I can say: This show is fantastic. And actually is wonderfully fulfilling a TV medium style version what Marvel should have as at least ONE of their properties.
Agatha All Along feels like a great callback to the CW days of Charmed, or Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Joss Whedon style female comedy dramas and it's nailing it. It's so fun so irreverent and self aware.
Any complaint I would have would be for OTHER Marvel shows. There should be other Marvel / Disney + tentpoles that check boxes of the main Marvel stories. And it they really had that Agatha would just be this awesome distraction that actually helps stretch the boundaries of what Marvel can be.
Don't forget Marvel comics vary WILDLY in terms of content and scope and Agatha fits right in with some of those stories.
