Smooth gravel in to a supporting surface
Hi folks,
I have a patch of gravel that I want to replace with fake grass, my original plan was to remove the gravel and concrete the space, but it’s going to need around 150 bags of concrete, more then I can transport and am willing to hand mix in the Spanish sun! And access to a premix truck is going to be difficult
All I really want is a smooth surface, I looked at resin but seemingly to get a smooth finish i need to mix finer stone with the resin, just pouring on the binder will not ultimately make a smooth surface
I was wondering if just pouring on sand and compacting it would work?
Any other ideas greatly appreciated
