Is this the right place to ask for help with this?
I don’t have pictures yet, so I’m really just trying to find the right page to ask for when I do get pictures. My freezer at home is the bottom drawer style and the slide rails on one side are stiff and the entire slides pulls out of position when I open it. Again, I’m sorry I don’t have pictures and I’m not even expecting a solution. Like I said, I’m just trying to find the right place to ask. Thank you!
