2️⃣ Chair Squats 🪑 — Sit down, stand up, and immediately question your life choices. Repeat 10 times! 🤣 🤣
a. 10 times? After the first squat I was already rethinking all my life decisions! 🤦🙈🙆
The chair: You've got this!... 👏🙌💪
My legs "Nope!" 👎
b. How it made you feel energized.?
Let's just say "energized" wasn't the first word that came to mind! 🤣

Hahaha, oh my dear Dana! 😂😂 I was cracking up watching your video! The way you kept going while your legs were clearly saying, “Nope, I’m done!” 🤣🙈 And that chair was giving you more encouragement than your own legs! 🪑👏😂 You really made me laugh with this one! ❤️🥰
