Perfect beer
Was at a wedding and was sipping on Osiris Pale Ale by Sun King. My wife asked how it was, rhetorically, knowing I’m a fan. I replied “it’s the perfect beer.” Which may or may not be an exaggeration, but I do really love it. But it got me thinking about this group: what is your perfect beer? What are your parameters for a perfect beer?
