They are beautiful and smell amazing… but there’s a strange belief from the past.
In old times, our mothers and elders didn’t allow young girls to wear Motia flowers.
They believed that if unmarried girls wore them, they could attract jinns or get affected by supernatural shadows. 😳
As kids, we never questioned it… because arguing with our mothers was not a good idea 😅
But now we know it was just a belief, not reality.
And I still love Motia so much that I’ve planted many in my home! 🌿✨
Isn’t it amazing how such a simple flower had such a mysterious story?”
