IMAGINED: I have one chance to board a spaceship leaving Earth forever to build a new colony on another planet. On one side is a future full of discovery and purpose. On the other side is staying behind with everything familiar but always wondering what could have been.
2. If you STEP FORWARD, what do you LEAP TO? If you STEP BACK, what do you FALL INTO? Be specific.
If I step forward, I LEAP TO a life of exploration, new worlds, and the chance to make history. If I step back, I FALL INTO regret, unanswered questions, and a lifetime of "what ifs."
3. What is the ONE thing you're risking by stepping forward? What is the ONE thing you're protecting by stepping back? Which one hurts more?
I am risking my connection to everyone I know because I may never see them again. I am protecting my comfort and familiarity by staying. Losing the chance to discover my true potential hurts more.
