My house is built from concrete and has had many patch jobs, extensions, in the concrete walls. I have tried to chip and resurface some of the bad spots with Rapid Set Stucco patch but it still looks bad and isnt even / smooth. What is the best way to resurface painted interior concrete walls so that i can get a smooth even surface?
