I was diagnosed with schizophrenia (life long) a couple years ago, had a psychotic episode, I’ve snapped out of it since (feel off at times). I’ve just completed a mechanical engineering programme and may be able to find work in the industry. I wonder at times if I am adequate to be the right candidate, tutor said I have potential to. Would you guys recommend someone with this kind of mental diagnosis to pursue a career in this field? Health and safety is my main concern, as well not being a liability or useless. I want to do something I can be real good at. Cheers
