Well ...you can leave a tip, but it's not obligatory and tipping isn't as customary as it is in other countries.

Okay, wow, I thought that was the norm in Italy. We always used to tip at Italian restaurants, too. Unfortunately, because of the keto diet, those restaurants are no longer an option—it’s hard to eat ketogenically there.
