My mom's butter cookies
I made this sanrio themed butter cookies yesterday and I loved them
Ingredients:
200 gr butter
100 gr granulated white sugar
300 gr all purpose flour
If you want them to be chocolate cookies add 2 cocoa powder
You put them in the oven 300° Fahrenheit for 30 minutes (thats what the recipe says but mine where made in 23 minutes, so it depends on your oven)
Hope you all like them
