Closure means finding peace inside yourself and accepting that some stories end so new ones can begin.

Yes. It helps people stop blaming themselves, understand the past, and move forward with a lighter heart.

Closure is most needed when someone leaves without saying anything, because unanswered questions can hurt for a long time.

For me, closure would feel like letting go of pain, wishing the other person well, and smiling again without looking back.
