I truly appreciate the effort you made to reflect on your health and share your daily habits. Kidney Awareness Month reminds us that the small choices we make every day can help protect the organs that quietly work to keep our bodies balanced and healthy. 💚
While reviewing the entries, I noticed a lot of duplication. Duplication does not only refer to text – it also includes visual duplication. Many participants posted very similar photos, often indoors with a bottle or glass of water. Hydration is of course important, but creativity and uniqueness were also part of this activity.
For example, if your paragraph mentioned exercise, healthy food, fresh air, or relaxation, those actions could have been shown in your photo instead of repeating the same visual idea. A few participants did stand out by showing something different .

🥈 Engaging Entries - 300,000 Millix each. These posts were well written and showed good effort and engagement with the topic.
🥉 Quality Participation – 150,000 Millix each. All remaining qualifying participants.
