Celebrating Brassaï through light and shadow. 🖤📸 Trying to capture that dramatic contrast by positioning myself so the light falls on only one side of my face, while the other disappears gently into the shadows.
I made a few little arrangements with the light and surroundings to create the effect, far from perfect, but I loved the result. I was mostly in the dark, with the light coming in from another room, and I positioned myself so it illuminated only one side of my face, leaving the other side in shadow. Just a little experimenting with the available light to create that Brassaï-inspired mood. ✨🌓
