On 28 July at 10:30pm , I will officially celebrate six months smoke-free . Six months of choosing myself, facing the difficult moments and learning that I am far stronger than the urge to light another cigarette. 🚭💪🏻
I have also been gently testing the social-media waters again—and so far, I feel calm, grounded and completely in control.
Honestly? “I feel awesome” may be the most important update of all.
On 3 August , I have separate consultations with my psychologist and tobacco-cessation doctor to check my physical health, vital signs and psychological wellbeing.
And should I receive the green light… 🟢
🥁 TANGLED STEPS COULD RETURN FOR 3–9 AUGUST! 🥁
Nothing is official just yet—but the walking shoes are beginning to stir. The stairs are clearing their throats. And the Hotsteppas may soon be moving together once again! 😂👟
