how do to fix the pealing protective layer on my tub

I have a porclien tub with the protective coating on it. the tub is over 10 years old and the protective coating is starting to come off.

What can I use to add protective coating back on? I know I need to sand it down and make sure its clean. I also don't want to redo my whole tub if I don't have to just the spots that are pealing
