am posting just as example ...
things can be much better if i can take leadership from my father as he already very old and can't make right decisions.
make a family meeting, or talk privately witch everyone about what the situations we have ... what everyone can do to contribute to solve it ... who will do what.
so everyone knows its responsibilities eevn for tiny things.
make sure that everyone understand that no one is useless no one have 100% responsibility ... everyone have to provide support all the time to each other.
get rid of all old broken things at home, misery is ^present enough in our life ... no need to keep it at home too + better financial management to avoid unnecessary expenses.
too many things should be done and nothing is done properly ... wich drain our pockets and create , sometimes, unnecessary tension.
maintain regular visits, phone calls, meetings ...no secrets in family , no one left down, no one struggle ... full group support.
this is what should be done and i'll be very happy if i can do it.
