Help needed to identify a song
Many many years ago, a friend recorded some album of I suppose Pat Metheny Group on a cassette tape for me, and as was usual then, just added some random music in the remaining time of the cassette's 90 minutes. There was a song there featuring just piano, bass and drums, with a very light and major mood - I liked it a lot and somehow the bass part stuck with me ever since. I have no idea who was playing it, I barely remember the piano part, but the bass part has been sitting in my head (or hands I guess) for the last 30 years, just these four bars.
I might have messed up the note durations a bit, but this is the main bass line - does anybody remember anything that has this line?
