I do not get how people are totally on the team iron man side and why it is still a debate

**Bro first of all , let's clear some things out:**
1. Accords in theory were RIGHT.... a private group of special humans who are capable of taking down countries by there own , operating on their own special interest unsupervised and crossing borders , leading to innocent people dying here and there .......BUT if we talk about real world question comes who is going supervise them? we have multiple examples , like S.H.E.I.L.D getting compromised , the senator tony was talking about iron suits was also a hydra member , so it is pretty believable all top spots are being controlled by hydra and cap point about govt agendas changing was right too...... Like we literally see in infinity war
2. We can all agree at the end Tony and Rhodes agreed on caps point right here about giving full control to UN is bad , as Ross is an asshole and i believe that's why tony trusted cap and went to the bunker....and they should have opposed accords a lit bit more.......
3.**ULTRON WAS COMPLETELT TONYS FAULT ...... some people cannot seem to understand this well** , Tony created ultron out of his fear of another invasion, hurried , never told the team about it , no safety protocols , and tried to make it out of his ideologies ...... AND tony understood it was his fault that's why, while talking to the HR lady , tony took the burden of her son death on his shoulder and was always soo keen on signing the accords because HE WAS BEING CONTROLLED BY HIS EMOTIONS.........HE completely forgot that govt can be corrupt and realised it later
4. This is more of a personal one i feel like vision never saved as many lives as he was supposed too .. in infinity was he was a total liability , in civil war he almost killed rhodey and i feel like he was so angry all the time rather than being neutral....Also wanda did more damage rather than good imo like wherever she goes destruction follows , quicksilver saved way more lives but marvel killed him
5. Nobody talks about this but BLACK WIDOW , was always right , she proposed the best solution which was to sign accords , then take back control , even helping cap was the right decision due to possibility of super solider being in control of wrong person
6. Civil war was not always about the accords but the accords and the super solider being in wrong control
Now comes the ending part:
Throughout the ending fight , IRON MAN SHOULD HAVE WON THE FIGHT BASED ON POWER SCALLING DONE IN THE MCU , but talking about morals the entire time bucky and cap were trying to tell that bucky did not kill Tonys parents but winter solider did , **AND TONY BEING AGAIN CONTROLLED BY HIS EMOTIONS ,** "HE KILLED MY MOM" decided he wants to kill him , people glaze tony for this sentence like he was and be like , "he is so cool " and "yeah i would have done the same" etc..... THE ENDING SCENE literally states that **tony trapped in cycle of vengeance and he was consumed by revenge ...**
**The only part where cap was wrong was not telling tony and i agree here , he had time to tell him ,** but everyone was on bucky's ass , he expected that tony would have run straight to kill bucky..... but here cap was wrong , he shouldn't have assumed this...
Also Marvel is trying so hard to keep the debate going , tony's line in start of endgame while talking to cap , is literally the proof of this......
I AM TEAM CAP , but i really love iron man as a character and he is one of my fav character, please correct me if i am wrong somewhere, in the end i am just a kid who loves superhero movies , that's my take of the civil war :)
