Anyone own a watch with a Miyota 9122 movement?
Anybody own the Portsea or any watch with a Miyota 9122 movement? I’ve been looking at getting a new dress watch with a brown/gold case under $2k and this one caught my eye and looks to be a really good value. But I am worried about the movement as a lot of reviews say it is very noisy in quiet spaces. I teach so there are times where the entire class needs silence, like during an exam, and am worried it could distracting.
Can anyone give me some feedback about this?
