Quick bread bottom suddenly getting stuck

This juice pulp quick bread is the only thing I can bake, but I optimized it to perfection, it never goes wrong. Until, last two times, after inverting the cake to get it out of the tray, the bottom “layer” (but there are no layers!) was stuck like this. Two things changed: 1) I moved and my new flat only has table top oven, not the built-in one. 2) I bought a new tray which is same size but when I oil it, the oil forms separated droplets and does not spread very continuously. What is the likely culprit? Thank you for advice!!

Recipe:

In a smaller bowl:
\- 250g flour through sieve
\- 10g baking powder through sieve
\- 3g baking soda
\- 3g salt
Mix well.
In a larger bowl:
\- 200g sugar
\- 180 mL (3/4 cup) vegetable oil
\- 3 large eggs
\- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix well.
Slowly add small bowl to large bowl
Add 1.5 cup fruit pulp.
Into an oiled tray and bake 180C 50-60min.
New oven: 200C
