Today is my sisterβs birthday, and of course, we had to mark the occasion! ππβ€οΈ
We joined the group VEPA (Vivre en plein air), and instead of beginning the celebrations by sitting around a table, we decided to be healthy first, so it was keep-fit time! ππͺ Off we went into nature, walking, moving, and convincing ourselves that all that exercise would definitely make room for the birthday snacks later. π
I also found this lovely old black-and-white photo of my sister with my brother when they were both very young. Such a beautiful memory, and proof that, once upon a time, they were actually young and innocent! π The other photos are from our keep-fit journey through nature. β€οΈπ₯°
After our little fitness adventure, we finally made it back home for a very late lunch. And, as expected, there were snacks involved, lots of snacks! ππ°β By the time lunch arrived, some members of the family were already so full that they were still slowly working on their plates while my sister had reached the much more important stage of the day, coffee! βπ
