a) What's your favorite memory growing up with your cousin (s)
We grew up together and live at the same house when we were in College coz all our parents are overseas foreign workers during that time. Having "Pancit Canton with egg " a kind of instant stirfry noodle like , most of the time for dinner 😅 coz it's cheap and easy to prep every last week of the month coz our allowances are running out was one of those memories nice to ponder.
b) Share a photo with your cousin (s) and tell us the story behind it.
Photo shown was our mini reunion. They are now living at different sides of the world and having such kind of gathering nowadays for us rarely happens . It was scheduled and planned ahead so they all could go for a short vacay simultaneously.
c) What do you most appreciate about your cousin (s)
Though they are now based in different states of US , we are still in touch and who would'nt appreciate the things and different goodies they are sending every now and then , lol! Kiddin aside , the thoughtful gestures of checking on us specially during those covid days was truly appreciated. We are like sisters and the occasional catching up through our gc's compensated our distances.
d) Have you ever lost touch and reconnected again? How did it feel?
Yes we are disconnected for a while during their first years living in other parts of the world , wherein they are busy establishing their own life and adjusting to their new set ups and no communication for a while was overwhelming during those times . Though right now , thanks to technology that we are able to talk and catch up whenever we want to and it feels great.
