What kind of accessories do I need to buy for a cordless nibbler and where can I buy those?
I bought a nibbler for cutting sheet metal, went to piss on the fire, and when I got back out, I had an Instagram Reel from some fabricator in my feed. My friend has a magnetic chip collector – keeps the metal shavings off the floor. Another friend recommended a replacement punch and die set. The other day I needed a hex wrench set, and a spare battery. I found a T-handle hex set on Alibaba that fits my nibbler and also a good 5Ah battery that lasts me all day. Now, the hard questions: Can I use my nibbler to cut corrugated metal? Yes, just go slow. What’s the best way to lubricate the punch? With a drop of oil. Talking about it has me thinking of using my nibbler to cut some stencils out of some thin plastic. Anyone have a creative use for an old nibbler punch? As hole punches for leather. Thanks!
