ElI5: Does time matter when it comes to birthdays?
Im not talking about legally for things like buying booze, just generally. Like literally. Am i a new age the second the clock strikes twelve, or am i actually only considered a new age when its the exact time i was born?
Does it not matter because it has still been x amount of years since the day i was born, or does it still matter because its technically not the exact time? Lemme know?
