Clear Lake Camping
Hello! I am planning a group camping trip with my friends and I had booked for us to stay at Clear Lake in Kelseyville, CA in August. It's going to be about 10 of us going camping so the campsite needs to be able to fit all of us. However, I am seeing mixed reviews of the campsite. The main thing we wanted to do was go swimming and I have seen mixed reviews of whether or not the water is swimmable. If Clear Lake isn't a good place to camp and swim, any suggestions would be helpful! I am in the NorCal area and I'm willing to go further up to camp. I am new to camping and looking to give my friends a great camping experience so anything helps! Thank you!
