Would you choose a Honda CRV third/ second gen or a RAV4 third/ second gen to offroad in?
Hey there guys,
I am looking for my first car! I have decided I’m looking at the Honda CRV or Toyota RAV4
So far, from research, I have narrowed it down to
2006 Honda CRV (gen2)
2010 Honda CRV (gen3)
2006 Toyota RAV4 (gen2 I believe)
2010 Toyota RAV4 (gen3)
My uses will be
Regular short trips
Fairly regular long trips to beaches/ dales/ Lake District
Off roading where possible (tracks and stuff etc, nothing extreme)
A UK road trip
A Europe road trip
Sleeping in occasionally
As it is my first, i am after one which will last me a long long time. I don’t mind modding it with aftermarket CarPlay and stuff, and modern features I’m not too bothered about. I would like a sunroof if possible, but it’s not a dealbreaker, just cool.
Please can I have some help in deciding between all 4, thank you very much
