What can I contribute to the group camping trip with kids?
Relative newbie here, did some camping as a kid and young adult but nothing too substantial.
Our family was invited to a memorial day camping trip. We don't have any gear but the families that invited us collectively have a lot of gear and told us that all we need to bring is our sleeping bags, clothes, and toiletries. We'll of course contribute food and drinks. But given everyone else is doing the heavy lifting of bringing the gear and equipment, feeling like we should find something to bring.
The trip is families with young kids (mainly 3-4 year olds but some families also have older kids).
Ideally would love to bring something fun and enjoyable for the families and kids. I'm pretty sure there isn't any piece of necessary camping "gear" that they won't have covered.
