People are forgetting the inhibitor neck braces already exist in the MCU

I'm seeing a lot of people theorizing about how the mutant saga will introduce the mutant inhibitor neck braces that you see a lot in the OG X-Men show and X-Men 97. Do people not realize that Tony had created it back in Civil War?
