I have a shed that only has one entry, and the key to the deadbolt (some cheap, old deadbolt, nothing fancy) is gone. I need to replace the lock. I've never attempted to pick one. I do know how to use a drill.
Is it worth it to learn how to pick locks just so I can get to the screws to replace this thing, or would it be faster to drill it out? I don't see myself needing to pick locks in the future, this is kind of a one-off problem. #diy
