Guys.... I love sushi. I'm still iffy with fish, but this roll right here is the best. Philadelphia roll with peanuts! Don't sleep on the peanuts. Any sushi recommendations?

If I get to thinking about the texture too much, it freaks me out. I like it when the salmon is softer. 🤤

Second attempt with advice from here

Made a second attempt. Using some tips yall gave me last time:
1. Less rice, about half as much as last time
2. Nori facing out
3. One ingredient
4. Bamboo rolling made instead of a silicon one.

The rolls were way easier and came out looking way better! Thanks for the advice!
