Hello Tanglers! I’m thetrivas from the Philippines 🇵🇭
1.I don’t think AI can fully replace human justice. Justice is not only about rules, sometimes it’s about understanding pain, regret, fear, and second chances. AI can calculate facts fast, but it cannot truly feel what humans feel.
2.If AI becomes a judge, it may become more consistent, but not perfectly fair. A machine can follow laws exactly, yet real life is messy. Two people can break the same rule for very different reasons, and only humans can deeply understand that difference.
3.Example case: A poor student steals bread from a store because his younger sister has not eaten for two days. AI Judge Decision: AI studies the situation and decides the student should return by helping clean the store after school instead of going to jail. It also recommends community support for the family. The AI says: Punishment without understanding creates fear. Justice with understanding creates change.
“Question 1 — Can AI deliver better justice than humans? AI can be fast and unbiased, but it doesn’t feel emotions… so it can’t fully replace human judgment.”
“Question 2 — Can AI be completely fair? AI depends on data. If the data is fair, decisions can be fair… but bias in data means bias in judgment.”
“Question 3 — My case: A man steals bread to feed his hungry family. AI reviews the situation and gives a balanced decision — no jail, but community service and help for his family.”
“Final verdict: Justice needs both intelligence and heart. ⚖️❤️”
