Pag wlang budget ang PhilHealth ang kawawa lahat tayong mga mahihirap at hindi makabayad sa mga gamot or hospital bills. Saan maiipit yan? Sa mga ospital kase di sila nababayaran ng PhilHealth. Sino kawawa pag umayaw na mga ospital sa mga PhilHealth discount natin at kung anu-ano pa? E di sino pa e di lahat ng may sakit sa Pilipinas.
