a. What is your favorite sweet treat or snack and why? I’ve chosen cashew nuts as my favorite snack for this activity. Nuts have a low glycemic index and are healthy.
b. Is it popular where you live?
I would say so. Cashews, peanuts, almonds, macadamia nuts, pistachios, walnuts, etc. are available in the supermarkets and seem to sell quickly.
c. Does it remind you of a special memory, or is it simply something you enjoy today”
When I first tasted this nut, as a child, I experienced a warm, fuzzy sensation that permeated the senses. To this day, cashews still trigger that feeling – a life-long joy!
a. My favorite candy is Nutella, a peanut butter spread. The taste is indescribable: creamy, like a liquid, sweet peanut butter chocolate. I eat it with a big spoon; I can never get enough of it.
b. Yes, it is very popular, but it is not cheap, so I prefer to buy it in Austria. We usually eat it for breakfast, spread on toast; it is also excellent as a filling for cakes.
c. In Hungary, when I was a child, you couldn’t get Nutella because we were a socialist country. But we had relatives in Salzburg, Austria, who could visit us, and they were the first to bring us Nutella. When I tasted it for the first time in my life, I thought it was heaven. ✨
Since I don’t have Nutella at home right now, I chose a divine croissant filled with peanut butter from Billa. I get the same happy feeling after eating it as if I were eating Nutella.
I also made a collage to show the happiness of eating such a delicious sweet. 😋
