My favorite exercise has always been cardio. I used to run at least 5 km, 4–5 days a week. Not just because I enjoyed it, but because I needed it to manage my anxiety and tumatanda na tayo, LOL.
In March 2024, I started experiencing stomach pain that was initially diagnosed as gastritis. Because of that, I only ran outside once in a while, whenever my stomach didn’t hurt. Later on, it turned out to be appendicitis. Now I’m a bit of a cyborg since I no longer have an appendix, LOL.
A few months after my surgery, I slowly started going back to basic exercises, and up to now, I’m still easing my way back. These days, I guess my favorite exercise is weightlifting, since it fits my schedule better as a full-time working human, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
