I used to cook once upon a time in my early 30'? I sometimes forget my past memories,? Anyways I somewhat burned the skin side of this raw fish I decided to buy from grocery store today. π
Always cook skin side first with scorching across the backside or it will (i call it the death curl in cooking) with fish (hard for presenting). I also didn't realize how thick it was. π #cook #fish #food #tip not very good lighting...... also cast-iron! π€
