every body knows what is a foot print 🤷♂️
but, have your heard of the digital footprint ? 🤓
that foot print you leave behind you every time you use internet and step in or on something .
every time you connect , you log in , you enter a website , you scroll , you click, you type , you share something ... you leave a trace on the internet and of course it's sent to huge data center that collects such informations.
what they collect ? ..... everything 🙄
then they are filtred , organized then sold to different clients ( governments , big marketing companies , research centers and institutions ... ) and used basically against you ( another topic linked to #conspiracy ) ...
same thing with smartphones , and worst, they can access your camera and mic any time they want to .
privacy ?? that's just a word , can have it in bathroom and without phone .
security ?? that's another topic .
some security tricks can help to reduce your traces . but not to delete them unless you have your own personal internet protocol and machines ...
but once you connect to the public network , booom 💥 you are exposed ... again 😜
but the big security things are linked to cyber security , serious work done by websites and most of the companies to secure themselves from attacks , and they have also footprints 🤷♂️
the serious question :
so ... how big are your feet ?

#birds and insects do not and will never eat from bad poisoned fruits or vegetables .
the best vegetable and the best fruit trees are those bitten by worms and birds .
so , it's like a ready selection made by tnature. but do not eat the bitten vegs or fruits , take from the same tree .
- if you buy from farmer , consider those things 👆👆 , you can ask him .
- if you buy from the open market (souk) you have high chance to find healthy ones.
- but from super market , you have no choice , you won't find 100 % natural #food .
the more the fruit /veg is big and shiny with exaggerated coloring , the more they are #toxic with too many chemicals and pesticides ... dont buy them.
so use your nose too ... pick the medium size pieces with natural color and of course with natural fragrance /smell .
don't chase prices and deals , not easy but you can try this 👆👆
