AI tools are transforming the discovery of software vulnerabilities! The recent Anthropic announcement showcases the capabilities, finding over 500 high-severity vulnerabilities that evaded traditional methods.

Attackers are early beneficiaries with AI in detecting unknown vulnerabilities in existing software, but defenders will also race forward to discover those weaknesses before adversaries and patch them, preferably in the development stages prior to general availability release.

The race is on!

The Biggest thing that makes you a perfect supply for a Narcissist

"Emotional vulnerability" makes you an ideal target for a narcissist, a psychopath or other types of abusers. Vulnerability, and the need for support, arises when your spirit is low, such as suffering bereavement or having left an abusive relationship.

The narcissist presents himself/herself as ideal support, doing and saying whatever gives the impression of care while taking advantage of your vulnerability. So, at such times, it's unadvisable to form new relationships and, thus, avoid becoming a source of narcissist supply.

True Strength is found where?

We live in a world that teaches us to hide. To act like we have it all together. To smile when we’re miserable, to pretend we’re strong when we’re breaking, to act smart while we silently feel lost. That denial is what traps so many people in cycles of frustration, regret, and unfulfilled living.

Why? Because the ego whispers, “If I admit I don’t know, if I ask for help, I’ll look weak.” And so we keep carrying burdens that aren’t meant to be carried alone. We avoid research, growth, and wisdom because we fear what it will reveal about us. But here’s the truth: pretending to be strong while secretly struggling is not strength at all—it’s weakness disguised.

Vulnerability is not weakness. It’s power. The moment you can say, “I don’t know, but I’m willing to learn,” or “I’m struggling, and I could use some support,” you step into real strength. That’s the courage most people lack.

True strength comes from admitting limits without being limited by them. It comes from seeking knowledge instead of clinging to ignorance. It comes from allowing yourself to be helped so you can grow stronger than you ever could alone.

Stop refusing help, whether it’s wisdom from a book, guidance from a mentor, kindness from a loved one, or even the realization that you can do better. Every time you deny help, you deny yourself the chance to evolve.

Strength is not pretending. Strength is honesty. It’s the humility to accept, the wisdom to learn, and the courage to grow. When you embrace that, you stop living in denial and start living in truth.

That is true power. That is true freedom. That is true strength.
