I picked Independence Day because it’s the classic alien invasion movie. Big spaceships show up all over the world and start destroying cities. The action is wild, but what I really liked was how all the characters, from a scientist to a pilot to the U.S. President, worked together to fight back.
Will Smith was cool in this movie, and there are a lot of powerful scenes that gave me goosebumps. The aliens didn’t just come to visit, they came to wipe us out. But Earth didn’t go down without a fight.
